1. This moment is your life.

Your life is not between the moments of your birth and death. Your life is between now and your next breath. The present – the here and now – is all the life you ever get. So live each moment in full, in kindness and peace, without fear and regret. And do the best you can with what you have in this moment; because that is all you can ever expect of anyone, including yourself.
生命并不是從出生到死亡的這段時(shí)間，而是你呼吸著的時(shí)時(shí)刻刻。現(xiàn)在——此時(shí)此地——就是你所有的人生。所以在生命的每一分鐘，都應(yīng)該生活在充實(shí)、善良和平靜之中，而不是恐懼和遺憾。此刻你可以盡你所能做到最好，因?yàn)檎l都指望不住，包括你自己。
2. A lifetime isn’t very long.

This is your life, and you’ve got to fight for it. Fight for what’s right. Fight for what you believe in. Fight for what’s important to you. I am not diminishing the importance of this event; I simply have a different perspective on it. What you need to understand is that an overwhelmingly painful event in your life right now will one day be part of your much larger past and not nearly as significant as it seems.
